In
essence, our modern European menu
features fresh, seasonal food which reflects both our own taste as
well as that of our customers', very much following Auguste Escoffier's
advice "faites simple".
We search out the finest raw ingredients
from a multitude of small specialist food producers; shrimps from
Morecambe Bay, fish direct from Essex fisherman & Scottish scallop
divers, ducks from Herefordshire and Shorthorn beef from Gloucestershire.
As well as the monthly a la carte
menu, with additional daily
specials which include all our fish
dishes, we also offer a daily 2
course Set Lunch menu at £14.75 from
Monday to Friday. At weekends we offer a comprehensive brunch-style
menu during the day.
